Today the quantity of children that need correction of physical and (or) mental development in Ukraine is over 1 million, that makes 12 % of the total number of children in the country. Children with special needs require equal opportunities and it adequate socialization that gives them inclusive education. And healthy children accustomed to perceive disabilities quite normal, feel the other as an equal, to help, to become sensitive and more humane. In fact this is natural, real education of morality without pathetic and declarations. New modern computer technology are developing, equip modern computerized workplaces, developing new software for children with special needs. However, there are quite few methods which analyze methods of development computer projects for children with visual impairments, because studies of this industry have bilateral character, after all medical and humanitarian aspects are very important here. This publication contains further study of convenience electronic publishing of children with visual impairments. Here are methods of pairwise comparisons to optimize the weight values of the studied processes. Developed an optimized model that reflects the influence of external and internal criteria on quality for designing edition. The obtained results of optimization will be applied in the further researches.
