In a paper the research results of productivity experimental researches, effective power and dimension durability of laps at technological processes of fine machining of friction parts’ surfaces from new composite materials based on grinding wastes of tool steels, aluminium, copper and nickel for printing machines have been presented. There were determined the dependences of machining productivity, effective power and dimension durability of lap discs from cutting parameters, material of lap, type of abrasive tool, granularity of micropowders and composition of cutting emulsion. The technological recommendations and orders for production were developed.
