Based on patent search professional periodical literature study found that domestic developments flexographic printing inks and varnishes, which are capable of biodegradation is absent. Therefore, the study of the properties of natural renewable binding agents for developing formulations flexographic printing inks and varnishes of biodegradation using of domestic renewable raw materials is an actual scientific and applied problems whose solution will contribute to the improvement of production and technological processes production packing and ecological utilization.
It investigates the characteristics of renewable binding agents: casein, wheat and soy protein, potato, wheat and corn starch and their modifications. Past studies change viscosity of solutions prototypes natural biopolymers on temperature, renewable binding agents concentration, exposure concentrations neutralizing substance on the pH of solutions. Properties of corn starch in a paste discovered suitability for use as a basis for developing national flexographic printing inks and varnishes, which are capable of biodegradation under natural conditions.
