Upgrading gas-assisted laser cutting of metallic materials due to a removal of hardenings influxes (grat) on the edges of cut at the use in polygraphy industry.

     In this work possibilities of upgrading edges of details cut out at the gas-assisted laser cutting of metallic materials are considered due to the removal of formation of hardenings influxes (grat) on these edges directly in the process of cutting for the needs of polygraphy industry.
     As a result of consideration of the phenomenon and analysis of terms of formation of grat on the edges of different metallic materials at their cutting with a laser radiation in presence the stream of assistent working gas the possible ways of fight are set against this phenomenon, considerably reducing quality of edges at the gas-assisted cutting of metals.
     On the basis of analysis of possible variants of technological perfection of the gas-assisted cutting of metallic materials the original device of such treatment is offered for providing high quality of cutting process as a result removal of formation of grat on edges directly in the moment of cutting.
     The developed and inculcated variant of device for the gas-assisted cutting of different metallic materials is described from stainless steel and titan of different thickness without the presence of grat on the edges and with set their high quality.
