     The theoretical fundamentals of the stream thermo-compressor plant high effectiveness are shown in this article. The most trustworthy experimental data of previous researchers and own are generalized and the corrections were put into the physical model of the boiling up water adiabatic outflow. The non-practicability of a Zisyn’s homogeneous model in the significant underheats range was shown. The non-effectiveness of the cylindrical nozzles using are proved.
