     The analysis of literary sources is executed on the dynamics of steam and steam-gas bubble. Set the problems on development of mathematical model of process of growth and claping bubbles in different regime terms of conduct of technological processes of chemical, food, pulp-and-paper and graphic arts industry. Equalization of motion of interphase spherical surface is got, and power maintenance of the Reley equalization is similarly proved.
